Michelle is a dedicated human resource professional with an extensive business, recruiting, talent outsourcing and sales/marketing background. Michelle is involved in managing Osprey’s day-to-day company operations and providing project leadership and recruitment support on select projects.
Prior to founding Talon and The Source and Recruit Co., Matthew was the Director of Client Services for Titus Talent Strategies where he was ranked 2nd in both sales and recruitment performance on a team of 40+ recruiters.
Before a career in recruitment, Matt held roles in project management, energy management, marketing, corporate sustainability and business development.
Nancy has delivered exceptional results on our managerial and executive level searches. She has 16 years of consulting experience in the specialty of workforce development for the State of Vermont, 15 years of experience as the Executive Director of the Rutland Region Workforce Development Board, and 17 years of experience as the Director of Workforce Development and Executive Training for GTE Corporation (Fortune 25). She has also served on the Board of Directors for the Governors’ Institute of Vermont and Vermont Adult Learning.
Erika started as a Recruitment Associate in late 2017 and is off to a tremendous start. She's been cranking out placements, streamlining processes, and has otherwise quickly established herself as a rising star on the team. She is a strong and effective communicator, a team player, and shows strong leadership potential. In March 2018 she was promoted to a Relationship Manager and Sourcing Specialist.
