Nancy has delivered exceptional results on our managerial and executive level searches. She has 16 years of consulting experience in the specialty of workforce development for the State of Vermont, 15 years of experience as the Executive Director of the Rutland Region Workforce Development Board, and 17 years of experience as the Director of Workforce Development and Executive Training for GTE Corporation (Fortune 25). She has also served on the Board of Directors for the Governors’ Institute of Vermont and Vermont Adult Learning.

Samantha recently picked up the company’s highly coveted recruiter of the year award. She spent nearly all of 2017 supporting the company’s largest recruitment assignment to date; 150+ placements across a multitude of departments for the University of Vermont Medical Center.
