Overview:

Matt founded Talon Recruitment on January 1, 2016. After a successful first year in business, the Talon RPO brand was created to provide recruiter-on-demand and selective RPO services and the original Talon Recruitment brand was allocated for contingency work. In late 2018, Talon Recruitment began rebranding to the Source and Recruit Company which continues to do business through Talon RPO but also includes a number of new industry-focused brands including Kestrel Construction Recruitment, Sparrow Healthcare Recruitment, Falcon Hospitality Recruitment, Harrier Financial Recruitment, and Osprey Technical Recruitment. Each of these new brands offers contingent, retained/executive, and RPO recruitment services. Establishing industry focus benefits our clients, the candidates that we interact with, and serves to establish a core business unit within the Source and Recruit Company which we can build upon.

Experience:

Prior to founding Talon and The Source and Recruit Co., Matthew was the Director of Client Services for Titus Talent Strategies where he was ranked 2nd in both sales and recruitment performance on a team of 40+ recruiters.

Before a career in recruitment, Matt held roles in project management, energy management, marketing, corporate sustainability and business development.

Background:

Matt is focused on conducting business development in the New England, Midwest and Mountain West markets. Beyond recruitment, Matt enjoys sailing, skiing, mountain biking, playing guitar, Airstream living, historic preservation and restoring vintage Land Rovers. His home base is currently in Wisconsin, where he is an active member on the Kohler Fire Department and is overseeing the renovation of a 1922 Cape Cod in the Frederick Olmstead and Frank Lloyd Wright designed garden community of Kohler.
